We will not issue a refund for damaged or lost items for any reason.
Instead,if your items got damaged or lost during shipping, we will issue a replacement to you.
The boxes sometimes can get damaged during shipping, but the product itself is normally safe and still in perfect condition. Please check the inside packages first if some powder come out of the plastic bag inside or not.
To get a replacement, you must notify us within 3 days after the items reach you. When you contact us, please attach the picture of the damaged parts of the items. Once we confirm the condition of the items, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
